Discover the Wisdom of Organization with the W+W Stationery Series

“Wisdom is organized life,” said the 18th century German philosopher Immanuel Kant. His conclusion makes sense because when things are where they are supposed to be, one can use the time efficiently, rather than looking for lost items under sofas and desks.

Another bright German, contemporary designer Oliver Franz, spends his time creating pieces to help us keep organized. His W + W Stationery organizer, which he designed for Ideaco, while simple and minimalistic encourages us to develop the habit of keeping our phone, pens and pencils, tape, and notepads in one same location.

The “W + W” refers to the piece’s main materials – white ceramic and wood. While it looks like a traditional desk organizer, this one takes into account modern technology. The wooden base has grooves to keep the phone charger in place, even providing several options so that it will work well no matter the type of phone you use.

You know it would be best to keep your pens accessible in this pen holder rather than rolling all over the desk to finally jump to the floor. And certainly you would prefer to find a notepad clipped to this organizer rather than having to dig under a dozen things before finding something to write on. (We all have experienced that dreadful phone call during which writing something down turned into an impossible task!) w+w stationery desk organizer oliver franz

The W + W Stationery organizer is a fresh and modern looking piece that will not take much space but will accomplish its purpose – keeping you organized, and therefore, wise.

  1. My son’s table’s always a complete mess, and many a times, it irks me to be frantically searching for a simple stationery when it comes in need. Guess this will be a good add-on for him.
